I really believe that Maths is a subject that can easily be learned with practice and dedication. During lessons, I aim to emulate A-Level style teaching, where I help you unlock those maths concepts in your mind, and give you the tools to put in your toolbox when attempting questions! A typical Maths lesson would start off with covering content, interleaved with questions, and ending with a homework task via DrFrost to consolidate your learning.

I did not start out wanting to be a lecturer. I wanted to understand how electrical systems actually work, not just on paper, but in the field. That curiosity is what eventually brought me into teaching, and it is what still drives how I teach today. Most students come to electrical engineering expecting formulas. What I try to give them first is intuition. Before we touch an equation for a transformer or an induction motor, I want a student to understand why that machine behaves the way it does

Little bit of theory, little bit of memorisation and lots of fun.

I aim to provide strong concepts to students, so they don't have to memorize, and also to give real-life analogies so understanding should be easier. I think studying should be fun, especially a subject as fascinating as Physics.

Aircraft Engineering student with 4 years teaching Maths & Physics, turning “I don’t get it” into “ohhh that’s it.” Friendly, clear, and student-focused, with explanations that actually make sense instead of memorising. I also speak 6–7 languages, so we can adjust.
